FORM BEHAVIOUR – in the list of options, there is -Edit only- and -Create and edit-, but no -Create-. Why is this? For example, in a Trees system, an operator should be able to create a new tree record, but not to open and edit an existing record. Or a chemical application, should not be able to edit an existing record.

@rshooter I suggest taking a poll of resellers. There’s a substantial cost and technical load in providing this service. It would be more efficient to have a central backup service from GBM (subscription component). Resellers could provide additional recovery services using those backups.

In Konect Manager we try to keep it simple, so we offer the most used set of permissions. We tend to find users that create a record often need to reopen them again at some stage, which would be in edit mode.
