Just a clarification on backups. Global GBM follows a comprehensive set of backup procedures. We back up our entire platform and adhere to a complete set of Disaster Recovery Policies to ensure we deliver Continuity of Service.   @rshooter I suggest taking a poll of resellers. There’s a substantial cost and technical load in providing this service. It would be more efficient to have a central backup service from GBM (subscription component). Resellers could provide additional recovery services using those backups.
